Spending even a few minutes in meditation can help restore your sense of relaxation and well being.

Join us on various dates in March for Guided Meditation sessions.  During each session, you will be guided through a meditation and enjoy a much needed relaxation experience.   Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow if you wish.  Each session is approximately 1 hour.  You can book an individual session for $20, or grab a friend or two and come as a small group and receive a discount.  All sessions are by appointment.
